Tamga

Tamga is a small lakeshore village on the southern Issyk-Kul coast, famed for its mineral water spa and a quiet white-sand beach. The medieval Tamga-Tash boulder, carved with Tibetan Buddhist mantras dating from the 17th century, sits in the Barskoon valley behind the village.
