Uzgen
Uzgen is one of the oldest continuously inhabited towns in the Fergana Valley, with an 11th-century Karakhanid minaret and three mausoleums forming the historical core. A short detour from Osh, it offers a glimpse of medieval Silk Road architecture in a town that mostly went unrenovated through the Soviet century.
